"This place is the best. I started with a single auto policy many years ago and have since added my home, business, and life policies. They have been with me through multiple car accidents, a nasty basement flood, and a massive hailstorm that damaged my roof. Normally, it's traumatic to call your insurance company to report something like a flood because you expect to be interrogated or to fight a battle. Nope. Not with this place. "I was very happy with this agency when I took my home & auto insurance with them about 2 years ago. When I got my renewal this year, my auto insurance increased. I've been down this road before. That was how I ended up signing with this agency. The insurance companies seem to wait until you're comfortable with them and too lazy to check other places and then raise your rates. No accidents, no tickets, no claims. No thank you. Also, think it's not a good policy to not thank your customers for referrals. I will say that the staff there is very friendly and accommodating. But, time to move on."
