"I was very happy with this agency when I took my home & auto insurance with them about 2 years ago. When I got my renewal this year, my auto insurance increased. I've been down this road before. That was how I ended up signing with this agency. The insurance companies seem to wait until you're comfortable with them and too lazy to check other places and then raise your rates. No accidents, no tickets, no claims. No thank you. Also, think it's not a good policy to not thank your customers for referrals. I will say that the staff there is very friendly and accommodating. But, time to move on."
